Renaissance rising
The promise of The Strunk Centre began with a desire to contribute to the revitalization of Pascagoula in the wake of hurricane Katrina. The 413,000-square-foot development will create a
mixed-use project that features space for residential, commercial, and retail use.
The project is expected to create 140 temporary jobs for construction and 400 permanent jobs in the retail, restaurant and commercial sectors. Efficient use of the existing land will provide Pascagoula and Jackson County a much needed expansion of industrial office space, commercial office space, retail, and residential areas.
By the Numbers:
Commercial Activity:
Between 58,000 square feet - 200,000 square feet will be constructed for commercial and industrial tenants, which will include corporate office space for a Mississippi Corporation based in Pascagoula, as well as other office space for lease.
Retail Activity:
Between 78,800 square feet - 138,000 square feet will be constructed for various retail tenants including entertainment facilities.
